Southern Specialist Eye Centre

Southern Specialist Eye Centre (formerly known as KC Yeo Eye Specialist Centre) is a fully registered Private Day Care Ambulatory Centre under the purview of Malaysia’s Ministry of Health (MOH). Located in the bustling commercial hub of Melaka Raya, a stone’s throw from popular shopping malls and a host of hotels including budget inns to five-star accommodation, our Centre was established on 30th October 2006.

Since its inception, the Centre has served not just the local community of Melaka and neighbouring Malaysian states, but also the international community, namely from Indonesia and Singapore. It offers a wide range of eye care services ranging from treatment of basic eye problems, to cataract and premium lens surgery, as well as vitreoretinal surgery. To date, the Centre has catered to the needs of over 100,000 patients from all walks of life, and overseen more than 10,000 surgeries.

To ensure that our Centre is up to par with advancements in the medical arena, we are constantly expanding our services and upgrading our equipment, while still complying with the provision of high quality care at reasonable and affordable prices for our customers.

Medical staff are also regularly sent for refresher courses to hone their skills to ensure high quality management of patients. We make no compromise in terms of a patient’s safety, recovery, care and comfort, and strive to the utmost to achieve this.
