class=\"lineheight\">\u4e00\u65e6\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e00\u53ea\u773c\u775b\u60a3\u4e0aRVO\uff0c\u57285\u5e74\u5185\u5c06\u670915\uff05\u673a\u7387\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u53ea\u773c\u775b\u6216\u53e6\u4e00\u53ea\u773c\u775b\u60a3\u4e0aRVO\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5bf9\u60a3\u8005\u5b9a\u671f\u8fdb\u884c\u7b5b\u67e5\u548c\u63d0\u524d\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62RVO\u590d\u53d1\u3002RVO\u60a3\u8005\u6b7b\u4e8e\u5fc3\u810f\u75c5\u53d1\u4f5c\u548c\u4e2d\u98ce\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u66f4\u9ad8\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6cbb\u7597\u5168\u8eab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u9ad8\u8840\u538b\uff0c\u5bf9\u9884\u9632\u8fd9\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u66f4\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p class=\"lineheight\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u836f\u7269\u53ef\u80fd\u6bd4\u6fc0\u5149\u6cbb\u7597\u5bf9RVO\u4e2d\u7684\u9ec4\u6591\u6c34\u80bf\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u836f\u7269\u9700\u6ce8\u5c04\u5230\u773c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u66f2\u5b89\u897f\u9f99\uff0cOzurdex\uff08\u957f\u671f\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u690d\u5165\u7269\uff09\u548cLucentis\uff08\u6297\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u76ae\u751f\u957f\u56e0\u5b50\uff08VEGF\uff09\u7684\u6297\u4f53\uff09\u3002\u773c\u90e8\u6ce8\u5c04\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u98ce\u9669\u662f\u5f88\u5c11\u89c1\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u57282000\u6b21\u6ce8\u5c04\u4e2d\u4ec5\u53d1\u751f1\u6b21\u3002\u773c\u90e8\u611f\u67d3\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u6781\u5c11\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u611f\u67d3\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u89c6\u529b\u4e27\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"lineheight\"><em>1. \u73bb\u7483\u4f53\u5185\u6ce8\u5c04\u66f2\u5b89\u5948\u5fb7\uff08IVTA\uff09<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"lineheight\">\u66f2\u5b89\u5948\u5fb7\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7c7b\u56fa\u9187\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u5e38\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u6ce8\u5c04\u5165\u5173\u8282\u708e\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u3002\u6765\u81ea\u7f8e\u56fd\u5927\u578b\u7814\u7a76\uff08SCORE\u7814\u7a76\uff09\u62a5\u544a\u663e\u793a\u5728\u4e00\u5e74\u540e\u7684\u8ddf\u8fdb\u4e2d\uff0cIVTA\u5bf9CRVO\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9ec4\u6591\u6c34\u80bf\u4f9d\u7136\u6709\u6548\u3002BRVO\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9ec4\u6591\u6c34\u80bf\u5219\u4e0e\u6fc0\u5149\u6cbb\u7597\u4e00\u6837\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u60a3\u8005\u57284\u4e2a\u6708\u540e\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u590d\u6ce8\u5c04\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u670930\uff05\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u767d\u5185\u969c\u548c\u9752\u5149\u773c\uff08\u773c\u538b\u5347\u9ad8\uff09\u800c\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u516b\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0cIVTA\u5df2\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7528\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u89c6\u7f51\u819c\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6027\u9ec4\u6591\u75c5\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"lineheight\"><em>3. \u73bb\u7483\u4f53\u5185\u6ce8\u5c04\u96f7\u73e0\u5355\u6297\uff08Lucentis\uff09<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"lineheight\">\u5728RVO\u4e2d\uff0c\u79f0\u4e3a\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u76ae\u751f\u957f\u56e0\u5b50\uff08VEGF\uff09\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u751f\u957f\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u589e\u52a0 \u3002VEGF\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u9ec4\u6591\u6c34\u80bf\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9700\u5f00\u53d1\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u65b0\u6297\u4f53\u836f\u7269\u6765\u963b\u7f13\u8be5\u5206\u5b50\u3002Lucentis\u662f\u4e00\u79cdVEGF\u6297\u4f53\uff0c\u4e13\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u773c\u90e8\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u8001\u5e74\u9ec4\u6591\u75c5\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p
